This notice is a launch version prepared for review by Leneverl Inc.'s legal counsel. It should be confirmed against applicable U.S. state privacy laws and, for visitors in the European Union, United Kingdom and Singapore, the GDPR, UK GDPR and PDPA before the site is promoted in those markets.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you request an executive briefing or contact us: name, title, organization, work email, region, agenda and the message you write.
Technical information that our hosting provider records automatically to operate the site securely, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps (server logs).

We do not use advertising trackers. If we add website analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting tool and update this notice.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your briefing or partnership request and follow up on it (our legitimate interest in running an advisory business, and, where required, your consent).
To keep the site secure and diagnose problems.
To send you TETA Insights or the AI-Native Enterprise Outlook if you asked for them; you can opt out at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host our website and email (for example, our hosting and email providers), with professional advisers where necessary, and where the law requires. When we work with delivery partners on an engagement, we do so under contract and only with your organization's knowledge.

5. International transfers

TETA is U.S.-headquartered. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, we will rely on appropriate measures such as standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent.

6. Retention

Briefing and contact requests are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus the period required by law and our record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 8. Cookies

This site does not set marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting provider to deliver the site securely.
